What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a client is to understand the needs of the behaviors that are happening with the dog .
I always do a free phone consultation to get to know you better, then I love pictures .
We will schedule our first lesson at that time, in home lesson.
I will help you by coming for a lesson once or twice a week , it will last hour to 1 1/2 hours for each lesson.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a non profit organization that helps PTSD Veterans acquire a Service Dog.
20+ years experience doing my profession. I do not have a day job & do this on the side. My Income is dogs & dog training.

How did you get started in this business?
I started at the U of F , with a Doberman as my first protection dog! Raven learned Schutzhund & provided protection , he stayed with me & was slao great with children.
I Import my German Shepherds & provide fully trained dogs if you should choose this option.
I will give you an honest review of your dog & you as a team ,
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all breeds, mixes & rescue dogs!
Humans need training as well.! They are a team with the dog.
