What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We consult a client listen to their needs I’ll do a measurement and then go through product selection as simple as paint finishes flooring selection doors samples blinds Trim and hardware. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to professional training, nearly 40 years ago I had been doing repairs for my parents properties then the neighbors and I had to bring others on jobs learning on my own the hard way made me appreciate others skills I’ve been trained by Hunter Douglas, pro kitchen, Graber, Schlueter, and manynither trade related classes. Nothing beats making mistakes and learning how to fix them every job is so unique you learn every day

We have a price warranty We take the average retail price and provide a 20 to 40% discount. This allows us to be more competitive than the box stores we guarantee the price to be the lowest on every product we provide with the same level of service
How did you get started in this business?
During the 1980s our apartment complex Thai hit by the storm called they’re on named hurricane living on the beach limited the people that were able to help and we could not afford the expensive contractors so I started doing the repairs myself how much trouble moving sand renting a bulldozer Replacing drywall repair and flooring and cabinetry, Countertops replacing the doors and trim and then having to paint everything I guess you could say I was forced to learn out of necessity I had no idea I would make A career from this. In fact I wasn’t very confident I ended up working in a retail furniture store and I did a lot of interior design. together. Color selections window treatments I combined everything and learned it was very fluid and the customers appreciated the experience from beginning to end they didn’t have to go to five different trades it was simply have me either consult or do the work usually both
What types of customers have you worked with?
My client is very from small to large homes even mobile homes. I worked for the late Walter Payton Of the Chicago Bears, A president of Coca-Cola The Vp of ABC to the most modest homes. A lot of models people see such as the country club at Lakewood Ranch In the past Lee Wetherington Todd Johnson and neal communities. A few large commercial projects including banks, the palm towers and even Bees nail salon.
