What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Obtain property address to see if meets basic suitability requirements for adequate solar energy production (see: https://tinyurl.com/FREEQuote4Solar )
2. Determine ability to pay or obtain financing by performing a soft credit check (visit: https://tinyurl.com/AmIanIdealSolarCustomer)
3. Determine goals and needs for wanting solar (with or without batteries), level of desire, and timeframe for taking action
4. Ask for copy of most recent electric bill and past 12 months' (or as many as possible if just moved-in) worth of kilowatt-hours used in order to generate an accurate Solar Proposal & Cash Flow Analysis
5. Have a customized Solar PV Design and Quote generated by our in-house Engineering team
6. Deliver Proposal
7. Answer any questions about the Proposal
8. If prospect accepts, a Solar Contract is drafted and presented for all decision-makers to sign
