Penny found me on a listing somewhere and called to offer a promo deal going on. I was becoming quickly unhappy with my current pest control service, Arrow Exterminators, so I figured Id give them a try!

Mike has been extremely friendly and always willing to work with my schedule. He is great with pets and even brings my dog a treat when he comes by. He makes something as personal as coming into your home seem like no big deal.

If I ever needed a revisit, Penny was always there to promptly get something scheduled.

The personnel at Peachtree Pest Control are very customer service friendly and seek to get the job done. I have been using them for more than a year now. Recently, Jamal came out and Im pleased with how knowledgeable he was about pest control issues. Im learning a lot as well. They are a part of my home team!

My review of Peachtree Pest control is long overview. As a recent transplant to the Atlanta area and moving into a new place, my first order of business was to get a pest control service that did a great job and didnt break the bank. With kids, it was also important to know the service I got wasnt going to cause an issue health wise.

After doing research and calling several companies, I landed on Peachtree Pest Control. It was really the time they spent with me on that initial call, answering all my questions, providing info I hadnt thought of and just the overall knowledge of the industry made me feel comfortable. Coupled with the competitive rates, it was a confident decision for me.

Ive had them for half a year now and have had only one pest issue. The issue was when the weather got warmer, ants started making their way into the house. A little research taught me that, that was common place so I didnt put the blame on Peachtree Pest. I did call and ask them to come out specifically for that and they were happy to oblige. About two weeks later, some additional ant issues arose while I was out of town. My wife had sent pics on how bad it was.

I called on my way home from the airport and asked them to come out same day. I was a little frustrated but spoke to Amanda and she took good care of me. They didnt have any openings that day since it was already in the afternoon so I voiced my frustration and Amanda was very patient and calm with me. Quite honestly, as hard as I was pushing (in a nice way), she never lost her cool. Thats very impressive because Im sure she probably hears that every so often. Either way, she put me on hold and came through for me. Had someone come to my house before I even made it back home from the airport. I mean how great is that??

Peachtree Pest control has earned my business as long as Im here in the Atlanta area. And Amanda deserves a raise for being an awesome customer service person!
