I can say in 23 years I never treated plumbing as just a job. When my coworkers would come in evwrdY just to slap in some work and call ot a day, I was learning and mastering the complexities of plumbing as a hole. And there was so much to learn and so many different applications I vowed to learn it all. From strip malls to restaurants, controlled environment facilities to biomedical plants, multifamily homes, single family homes, mansions. Plus add in the factor of old and new construction. So when you get me as your plumber you get the decades of knowledge and experience to deal with any situation your home may need.
My pride and joy has always come from service. The backbone of the plumbing industry. The reason why is you the home owner, gaining your trust with me in your home as I guide our interaction to the source of the plumbing problem and that I will give you the absolute best plumbing experience for the right price. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. When scheduling a call I will use a predetermined set of questions that are customer friendly to help with preliminary information on your specific plumbing need. The use of pictures may be requested to help with this pre diagnosis. This is a true plumbers mid set up. Before I get there, whether you choose to use my services or not, I will take the time everytime to listen because i will already have an idea in my head before I get there and it will better assist with the complete repair or replacement quote.
2. You will receive a phone call when I am in route. At this time you will know the time frame on my arrival and any special instructions like directions or parking can be arrange prior to my arrival.
3. Upon my arrival I will introduce my self and ask again in person what problems you are having with plumbing as you lead me to the area in question. This is the time the magic happens. The connection on a personable level through technical discussion is the key. I'm there to solve a problem for you and when I leave I want you to feel that I solved it and it made your day better.
3. After diagnose of initial plumbing problem I will ask if there is anything else that may be acting up and do a general walk through of the compete plumbing system at which time I will explain what you have in your home and my professional opinion on the condition it is in, life expectations, and any possible areas that should be kept an eye on.
4. At this time I will step out of your home to write a digital estimate based upon our discussions in your home. Abdicate details will be written and options will also be made available on this estimate. I will send it to your mobile device so we can read it together upon reentry of your home.
5. PLUMBING IS NOT CHEAP. And I will not be the best price on everything, however, if you have enjoyed your experience with the way I explain the processes and you've enjoyed the communication, you have to think, " I want to see this guys work". Cause thats what sets me apart from the rest. And I've been around enough to give the best package price for each job.
6. Now that you have chosen to have the work done by me and have explained the processes on what it will take to be completed, most jobs can be done same day. And when I'm done and everything is tested and working as it should and any and all comment's, questions or concerns have been answered. I will request payment upon completion and hope that the complete experience you just received was worth it to you and your home. I have a feeling you'll be expressed enough to share it with your friends and family so I can be their forever plumber.
