What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would ask if this is for a DIY project or a custom build project?
Once we know the scope of the project-we schedule an appointment and send a confirmation email with date and list of what they will need to bring to make their appointment with us the most produtive for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Steve is a prototype toolmaker by trade for over 25+ years and a self-taught carpenter and woodworker for 20+ years and combines both to design and create one of kind custom functional art in furniture and decor.
Maureen aids in the design and finishing on most of the custom pieces. Meets and greets clients and guides them through the process of picking out raw material for DIY and helping with design of custom pieces in the interactive design studio.

There is standard pricing for raw material for the DIY.
Custom is quoted on a one by one basis of what each project entails.
How did you get started in this business?
This business was just an evolving part of our journey with 4 start-ups and this was the final destination... a childhood dream of Steve's since he was 11 years old.
