What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step will be to have a Meet and Greet Meeting. This gives us a chance to get to know each other and get to know your dog.

How did you get started in this business?
It all began on August 1st, 2015. We brought home our newest member of our family, our precious cavachon puppy named Ace. He became Denise’s best furry son. In fact, he became so attached to Denise that he followed her wherever she went. Denise loved him so much she decided she wanted to change careers. She had a dream to have a dog business. Shortly after, Paul was laid off from his IT job. He needed a new career. Nothing seemed to be desirable for him. Then he thought how much Denise had always wanted her dog business. Paul decided it was time to have the dog business. And so, All Fur Dogs was born.
Paul started training under Don and Maria Henderson of The Dog Tutor. Denise previously took care of Don and Maria’s maltese mix and a co-worker’s furry son. Each time Denise gave them the love that she gave her own cavachon Ace. As these moments came and went, Denise always wanted more dogs to love. Now Paul and Denise would love to share in the care of your dogs. We have a passion caring for dogs and we will make sure they are in a safe and happy environment in our home or going for a walk. All Fur Dogs is here to attend to your dog’s needs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
To provide high quality care of your precious pet, as if they were our own.
To provide excellent customer service in all forms of communication with pet owners.
To be on time on all occasions and to be professional at all times, hereby respecting our clients and their precious pets.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
To make sure that their pet will be in a safe environment and with someone that will be able to care for their pet in a loving and safe way. Also make sure that the person will be reliable and communicate any issues or concerns with their pet that may come up.
