Unlike many other inspectors in Colorado, we are highly trained with years of real estate experience. We are also certified, insured, and are members of InterNACHI, a national organization. We provide full home inspections using a state of the art moisture meter, natural gas detector, and 48 hour rapid radon testing and reports. In addition, we offer competitive pricing.
Our home inspection reports are detailed, but simple to understand. They contain standard information for a new home buyers while also offering detailed information to those seasoned in real estate. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We figure out pricing based on information of the property and options chosen (radon testing, etc). A $50 non-refundable deposit holds your agreed upon time slot and the balance is due for the receipt of the report.
