We provide " customized" cleaning. What I mean by that is you tell us how you want your home, apartment, condo or office to look and we make it happen! My company does a variety of services not just residential basics, we do post- construction, foreclosures, apartment move outs, as well as customizing residential inside and out to look the way you want. I'm also a certified florist and can beautify any area with the magnificance of flowers. We make YOU stand out!
I like the sense of accomplishment I feel when a client gives me a good review and I get other clients from "word of mouth." I love the look and feel of "clean." I not only make the clients home or office shine, I make the client shine!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this industry for over 20 years and have taken custodial, janitorial, and hazordous waste classes to further my knowledge of the chemicals that are specifically made for certain jobs. I am currently taking a few Osha safety classes so I can continue to provide a healthy and safe work environment
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, I have fixed rates that depend on how many bedrooms, bathrooms, and how often they want their service done. If I'm doing a foreclosure or post construction, I charge by the sq ft. Some clients want special services performed such as windows, skylites, and organizing certain areas thatare typically performed 1 time per month that is in addition to fixed rate.
How did you get started in this business?
My mother owned 2 flowers shops when I was growing up and we subcontracted delivery people for the busy holidays (Mother's Day, Valentines Day etc.) and there was a woman who did post-construction cleans as her primary job. She neede someone to help her grow her buisness and the rest as they say is history.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Everyone from homeowners to general contractors to real estate agents. I have had some "particular" people but I have not had a bad review yet!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I stopped at a garage sale by my home and while we were " negotiating" a price on an item I wanted I made the comment (jokingly)I would throw in a free 2 hr clean. Well, then we got to discussing what do I charge for a basic clean and I ended up with her and her neighbors houses!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise them to get at least 3 quotes as well as look at the reviews and make sure to specify exactly what type of result they're looking to achieve. Ask questions and don't be afraid to say No.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are they insured, can the pro provide references. Ask about qualifications and bondability. If they are environmentally friendly, what type of products does the pro use and make sure of what type of payment they prefer.
