Elizabeth Maestas is a Colorado native from Pagosa Springs. Living and working in Westcliffe, Colorado is a dream come true for her. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial meeting to find out what the client is looking to achieve with their sale or purchase. If a purchase, I find out if they have pre-qualfied for a loan or if they'll be using cash. Depending on their budget we then search my MLS systems for properties.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had my first license in New Mexico in 1979 and practiced for 10 years. College courses in Business Administration, Communcations, and Team Management. My Colorado Broker's License has been active since 2013.

My office typically charges 6% commission on home sales and 10% on Vacant Land.
