ReNew Clean Carpets And Upholstery
About
We are a small family owned and operated business with over 22 years of on truck experience at every job. We offer a 12 step cleaning process that ensures your carpet is truly clean, not just sort of clean. Although we use a hot water extraction method "steam cleaning" we use carpet dryers to accelaacce the drying process to as little as 1 hour.

I have been cleaning carpets since 1995. In 2010 I went out on my own and started a business in Madison WI. We sold that to a friend and moved back to Colorado Springs and started another business out here in 2016.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all types of customers. Big jobs small jobs picky people not so picky people. Commercial and residential. We love them all.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
There are so many cleaners to choose from how do you make the best decision. Carpet cleaning is very hard work so there is alot of turnover of employees. The big companies may have been around for years but the truth is you are probably going to have someone with minimal training and experience. Find someone who owns and does the work themselves. They tend to veiw you as an investment in their future and you will see a difference in the quality of work you receive.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What type of cleaning products do you use? Are they clean rinse products? (More expensive but don't leave a residue).
How much experience does the person who will be cleaning my carpet have?
What type of guarantee do you offer?
Do you use a truck mount or a portable unit? ( Portable units are generally cheaper machines and you get what you pay for)
