Mr. Electric is a Locally owned and operated franchise providing electrical installation and repair services.
Can you imagine living in a world without electricity? Then you probably can’t imagine a world without electricians.
I love creating a system to enhance the customers home, provide lighting for security and make your home more appealing. I love the challanges and the reward of making something work.
After 35 years you would think it would become reputitious but in fact everyday is a new challange and a new reward.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We first schedule a visit on their schedule
2. We sent a confirmation email and text of your appointment
3. We sent a reminder text and email of the appointment the night before your scheduled day.
4. we arrive on time for your appointment
5. We will listen to the customer to find out all we can about why the home owner felt he / she needed an electrician out today.
6. We will do a courtesy home electrical inspection for you.
7. we will go over any findings on the inspection and the costs for repairing them along with a cost for why we were called out.
8. We provide upfront pricing that will not change after the work is started.
9. After completing the work we always clean up after ourselves and review what was done.
10. Ask if there is anything else the customer would like done.
11. Ask if I could have done anything else to make your experiance with Mr. Electric of Thornton any better, and ask if there is any reason the customer wouldn't give us a 10 star rating.
12. Go over the invoice and collect payment.
13. Send out a Thank You card after the appointment to the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Veteran of the US Army. I was trained in electrical through the US Army and provided power for the Patriot Missle System.
I am a Master Electrician and Licensed Electrical Contractor in the state of Colorado.
I have had over 35 years of experiance working with electrical syatems.
