What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start out with a blank slate with no preconcieved notions. I ask my client to show me what is happening with the computer when they work on it. I then try a quick solution and if that is not possible then I take it to my shop and do extensive diagnostics and apply the appropriate solutions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been troubleshooting and repairing computers for 3 years. Prior to that I was on the software side of the computer world.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$50.00 per hourf or the first hour, $25.00 per half hour after the first hour.
There is a $25.00 trip charge for a round trip of 40 miles and more if greater.
How did you get started in this business?
Folks kept asking me for assistance with their computers, networks, wifi and other equipment and saying I should open a business, so I did.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked for my church, individuals and small businesses.
