What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always need your project address to determine our ability to help you and to be able to provide a quote for your project.
Often, our team will need to visit the project site to take measurements to create as-built drawings (existing floor plan) and to take few photos for our reference when designing.
How did you get started in this business?
Jay CAD started by offering CAD drafting services to interior designers.
We also offered beginner and advanced CAD trainging for students and professionals.
Slowly, we got into creating as-built drawings for residences and then learned the residential building code.
Now are able to serve home owners, contractors & developers with residential projects.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with single-family homeowners, contractors specialized in residential projects and developpers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I recommend looking for a local person in your city or county as they are more familiar with building requirements.
