Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sitting with my clients whether they are buying or selling is always the first step. It’s important they are aware of all their options, what to expect, and that I understand what their needs are. It important I understand what their expectations of me are. My goal is to exceed those expectations, take on the stress for my clients and make each transaction as smooth as possible. I like my clients to be well educated in the process so they are confident in their decision to move forward with me by their side.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With years under my belt as a top performing agent I have experienced more transactions and situations then the average agent. This experience has made me a master negotiator and smart planner, enabling me to get my clients a great price, fair repairs and faster closings with less stress.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Sellers- Commission is always negotiable
Buyers- Commission is never paid by buyers. $0
How did you get started in this business?
Real Estate was always a passion of mine. After the 2008 I was devestated by how many people were losing their homes because they worked with someone who did not have their best interest at heart. I vowed to be someone people could count on to help them in the good times and the bad.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Honest Clients, I need full disclosure to do my job efficiently and negotiate the dealer to the best of my ability
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My team and I did a fundraiser and donation drive for seniors this holiday season. We also participated in a turkey away give away to over 200 families and promoted toys for tots.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Interview a couple of agents. Make sure you are a good fit and they understand your needs. At any point if you feel you are being steered in the wrong direction make a change.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What are included in their services?
Sellers: Media marketing, advertising, professionals photos, drone, staging? Ask for proof of marketing they have done, look at their stats, ask for reviews and at least 3 referrals from their most recent clients. Look for red flags- Pay attention to how quick they drop their commission. Agents are 100% commission based. If they are not negotiating their commission which is their lively hold... How good of a job are they going to do negotiation your money?
Buyers: The first thing they should do is sit down and have a buyer consult with you, refer you to at least two lenders they trust to get your pre-qualification ready so you can start talking. Make sure they run comps and you review them before placing an offer.
