I supply all of my own toxic-free cleaners as part of the hourly rate. I make my own all purpose cleaner with vinegar, lemon and essential oils.
I have been housecleaning for over 18 years and I have yet to disappoint a customer. I treat your home like my own.
I am also very good at organzing, such as office & personal documents, closets, garage, etc.
As a side note I also have experience in gardening which I offer to my clients as well.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I come to your home, apartment or business and evaluate the area. Once I have done a walk through I then am able to give you a rough estimate on the cost to clean.
I also spend time getting to know my client so that they can feel rest assured that their place is in good hands.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My hourly rate which includes cleaning products is:
$20 an hour for regular cleaning
$25 an hour for deep cleaning (window trims, baseboards)
Oven and refrigerator cleaning is seperate, but can be requested as an add on by request. (Oven cleaning is $25 an hour).
How did you get started in this business?
I originally started offering my cleaning services with my gardening clients while I was running a business in Oregon. This continued on once I moved to California in 2004.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure to meet them first, this way you get an idea of what the person's personality is like before they come and spend time in your home.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I suggest that you have an outline of what is most important to you with being cleaned to give to your housecleaner. What I have found is when a designated amount of time is given for cleaning, if the cleaning person is not aware of what you want to be completed you may end up with the hours used up and the area you wanted most cleaned goes undone.
