We were refurbishing our 30 year old patio and pool decking. We also wanted to replace the pool tile which was the same age with something that was interesting, tasteful and complimentary with the new deck and landscaping.. ..We spoke to a number of pool companies about what we wanted and requested they present some ideas. All they had to offer was tile in one color or the other with the occasional triangle of a different color from place to place. We were talking to a lady in our church about our frustration and she suggest we talk to Bill Rose. Bill reviewed the plans for the pool deck , listened to our ideas concerning the pool tile, took measurement s and said he would present us with a design in a few days. I thought he was a little pricy but given our frustration with the pool contractors decided to give him a try. True to his word he had not only sketched out a design but had also obtained tile samples and modeled the design on a white board. The design was stunning and exactly what we had in mind. Bill is very good at color coordination, has an excellent imagination and is a stickler for detail as was evidenced by the drawings and bill of materials he created for the tile installers. While I thought him to be a bit pricey in the beginning after the fact his price turned out to be more than fair. B Rose and Associates does outstanding work on schedule and within budget and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend

them.

Finished product exceeded hopes and just in time for summer. Our homes’s curb appeal went from 0 to 10. The company Bill chose to do the work was outstanding. Bill saw the project through from his design to the finished product. His design was clean and maximized our space. If we had a bigger budget - could have done much more... but the scaled down version is beautiful.

Bill is a true master of his art and a pleasure to work with. If you want somebody to just take your orders and build you a plan, Bill is not your guy. If you want a seasoned professional that will converse with you, offer alternative viewpoints, point out pitfalls proactively, and collaboratively develop exceptionally creative solutions, then Bill will make you incredibly happy. He is honest and straightforward as the day is long. After listening to me and my wife describe what we wanted, he took an extensive look at my yard, played with our budget a bit, and said theres no way thats going to work. This was before we had any agreement to move forward. True metal.

Well, we put our heads together, and found a very happy middle ground that worked all around. This process was a complete pleasure.

In the meantime, I had checked with several contractors and, turns out, Bill was completely correct and his numbers were dead accurate (for quality work), but his conclusion was reached in about 8 minutes ... everyone else took a few days.

Now that I have my plans in hand, I can say that working with Bill was absolutely great and Id call him up again in a minute when I have another project. I strongly recommend Bill to anybody.

I contacted Bill to help design our back yard and pool renovation. Our initial appointment was scheduled for a Thursday. Unfortunately, Bill had truck issues (not his fault) but he contacted me immediately and we rescheduled the following Monday. He listened to my ideas and provided his design suggestions based on his 50+ years of experience. The consultation was definitely worth it. Great communication and I now have new ideas for my reno.
