What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.Appointment onsite at your residence for 45 min to 1 hour to see space, understand your requirements, and explain our DESIGN ONLY services.
2. Provide a copy of our DESIGN CONTRACT...with QUOTE IMMEDIATELY.
3. UPON AGREEMENT, measure design space, photo existing design space and residence
4.Provide DESIGN IMAGES IN 3D ( 15 TO 20), (JPEG digitals) within 5 to 12 BUSINESS DAYS (M-F), along with 2D PLOT PLAN ( PDF digital) of design space in scale....along with estimated BUDGET ANALYSIS by major line item
(NOTE: ALL DESIGN IMAGES PROVIDED WITH 5 -12 BUSINESS DAYS, VIA CLIENT EMAIL, AS JPEG IMAGES / ...pdf for 2D...WITH "CONCEPTUAL" WORKING SESSION SCHEDULED TO FINALIZE ANY CHANGES)

-10 plus years as an industrial designer and developer on products in Engineering Plastics and High Technology
-12 years as Landscape Designer, specializing in OUTDOOR LIVIING CONCEPTS, across multiple design themes in OC & LA County

All our designs are custom creations, and take from 20 to 50 plus hours to develop....depending on size of SPACE, TOTAL # OF ELEMENTS, AND ELEMENT DETAILS.
As such, DESIGN TOTAL COST RANGES TYPICALLY FROM $500 (typical front space) to $5500 (Entire estate size lot, many elements)

How did you get started in this business?
First job after college was for DuPont in Engineering Plastics Materials Designs and Product Development ...and really I've been a materials guy since. I spend another 20 years in Technology related industries working to design material solutions to developing products & services
Personally I find a lot of appeal in the smell of natural materials, their incredible colors, textures, and personalities...and the combination of geometries & appeal is so universal and UNIQUE!
