What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would want to set up a time to discuss and learn about your wants, needs, and goals. We can come up with a strategic plan to achieve them. Communication is key and I pride myself on being VERY responsive and ALWAYS updating my clients in real time. I can't wait to speak with you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my associates degree and specialized training in Residential Real Estate sales - both as a buyers representative and a sellers representative. As a licensed Realtor in California I am also required to maintain my license with continued education and ethics training.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Depending on whether your buying or selling, all fees charged are negotiable and based on a percentage of sales price. I am always upfront and transparent with those fees - but it does depend on the type of service you're looking for. Contact me with any questions - I will provide all fees upfront, and in writing, there are NO Hidden Fees.
How did you get started in this business?
I started my professional career in customer service as a personal trainer a decade ago. I decided to transition from helping clients achieve their weight loss or strength training goals to achieving their real estate goals. Individual customized service is something I'm no stranger too and my real estate clients appreciate that greatly! I have a keen attention to detail and pride myself on making sure each and every transaction runs as smooth as possible.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I love working with multi-generational families. Recently got to work with one family who was lucky enough to find 2 homes for sale on the same street! A new house for Dad and a new house for the son. It was perfect.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't settle for just any agent. You need an agent you can connect with, one that will listen to you and one that will respond with clear and accurate communication. You also want to hire someone that will tirelessly search all available inventory for a home, or work tirelessly to sell your home. Either way, I believe I am that agent and I am the agent for you!
