The main thing that I enjoy is being able to provide the clean and comfortable home that everyone deserves. Busy schedules and family commitments tend to take up most of our days, so being able to help out where and when it is needed makes all the difference.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever I meet a new customer, I like to get to know them a little and find out what type of service they are looking for. This helps me see if we are a good match, and whether or not I can fully provide the service they are looking for. My goal is to make sure they feel comfortable having me in their home, and to make sure that I can also feel comfortable and have a safe work environment.
How did you get started in this business?
I started this business in 2007, after my son was older and didn't need me around all day. I decided to do something that I enjoyed that also allowed me to build my own schedule.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with many different types of customers. I have had families that needed almost every service 2-3 times a week in big, two story homes. As well as families or individuals that needed light housekeeping 1-2 times a week. There has been many different needs in between but every customer I have worked with has been friendly, consistent, trusting, and supportive of my business.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The main advice I can give customers in search of services, is to make sure that it is someone whom you can build a professional relationship with. If you are uncomfortable or vice versa, it can make it difficult to enjoy having the service provided. As well as making sure that they can provide the services you are looking for.
