We take the time to make getting to know you a priority; and we’re not just talking about the customer service type of priority you’ve learned to expect from your realtor, but the type of priority that digs deep to learn what’s going on behind your reactions. Because we know there’s a reason you’re making this life-change decision at this moment, and what we need to know is why you feel your gut turn when you don’t like something and why your eyes open just a bit wider when you do like something. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to get to know you! More than just what you want in a home but what do you want for a lifestyle. We start by sitting down face to face (if we can) so we can get to know you and you, in turn, can get to know us. If you are from out of state, we will set up a time to chat with you before you arrive. Once we have an idea on what you are looking for, we'll start searching for homes. We'll set you up on our website so you can browse on your own and we'll also send you searches for you to look over. After you've had a chance to view some homes, we'll discuss what you like and dislike about those so we can further dial in to what you truly desire.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are both licensed and attend continuing education classes throughout the year to stay current on technology and trends.

Our consultations are free. We would love to meet with you to discuss your real estate needs. As a buyer, there is no fee for you to work with an agent.
How did you get started in this business?
We started as friends and decided that it would be great to start a real estate business together. We were both in corporate jobs and desired for something that would give us more satisfaction and enjoyment. We love working with people and finding them their dream homes.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with customers in every phase of life; from the first-time homebuyers to those looking to downsize for their retirement years.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you are comfortable with your agent. You want to be able to share your likes, dislikes and concerns with them and know that they are listening to you. If you feel that your agent is not listening or does not value what you are sharing, it's time to find a new one.
