About

We value our customers and their needs. We try to be very open with communication, and provide honest, reliable service. At the end of the day, if our customers are not satisfied, then neither are we.

We absolutely love working outdoors. There is so much beauty in nature. Something that really gives us the drive is seeing our customers expressions when we renovate a neglected, overgrown flower bed, and how it looks when it's finished. Check out our website for more information at http://www.cunninghamlawncare.com We are also BBB A+ rated!

Frequently asked questions

This depends on the type of work being requested. For the majority of new lawn mowing customers, we talk with them on the phone and either figure up an estimate with Google Earth or physically visit the property. We try our best to answer any questions they may have. We rarely see these customers, because they are usually at work, etc when we mow and our systems make it extremely convienient for them.

Our landscaping customers we like to talk with in person at their property so we can get a good feel for what they are wanting accomplished. We will try to suggest things that might benefit them and their landscape. We always ask at the end of these jobs if the customer is satisfied.

Primarily, I as the owner have 17 years of experience. I have also completed a course and gotten a certificate in Landscape Design. A lot of our employees have worked for other various landscape and lawn care maintenance companies, and have benefited from their training along with ours. We also have close working relationships with specialty contractors for those jobs that are either bigger or more specialized than what we are comfortable with.

A lot of our services are priced by the sqft. However, there are many instances were we use the estimated time to complete a project times an hourly rate.

I started mowing a couple lawns on the weekend for some supplemental income. I quickly fell in love with the business and slowly grew it into a full time business.

We have worked with homeowners, renters, property management companies, large and small corporations, POA's, we have even been asked by the Army Reserve to bid on one of their bases.

We had a residential property that was covered with Bamboo. It was nearly up to the house in the beginning. Over time we were able to get rid of the Bamboo and pretty well controll the new growth. The backyard has been sodded and young Maple trees have been planted. It is a really nice backyard now.

Don't be afraid to ask questions. Examples: Are you accredited with the BBB? What if I'm not satisfied? How does your scheduling work for recurring services? Is there a contract? Are you insured? Are my expectations realistic with my budget and/or plants thriving in designated areas with the amount of sunlight, water, and soil conditions.

What precisely is your expectations. What is my budget. Do I have pictures or drawings of what I'm envisioning?
