What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talking with the client and determining their needs/wants. Demo if necessary, gather/shop material, and preform work as discussed. Keeping client informed the entire process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15yrs working for the larger companies in Birmingham. I graduated the IEC school for electrical training.

Not really because everything's always different.
How did you get started in this business?
I was 20 and returning from the Army. My girlfriend at the time found an ad in the paper. I answered it and started as an apprentice electrician. After years of working on service trucks and both large commercial and residential properties, I decided to try self-employment.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a full spectrum of people, commercial and private residence. I make great effort to treat everyone the same.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was hired to hang fixtures for Birmingham Wholesale Furniture. They have some beautiful chandeliers, quite ornate.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you can communicate effectively with them. .
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What they hope to have accomplished. Let the pros handle the little details they just need to know what you want for the final result.
