Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is to set up a meeting with the client at their property to discuss the needs and view the site in order to understand the project's scope of work. We then develop a bid based on the information gathered and walk the client through the details, making modifications as necessary. Upon contractual agreement, we are ready to schedule the installation!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience in the Austin area, born of several generations of gardening and land management family history in Central Texas, amplified by continuing education offered by the city to empower professionals to safeguard the city's natural beauty and protect the environment. Some examples include courses with Austin's Grow Green Water Conservation education program, Austin's Fire Prevention Services education and experience with the WaterWise Landscape qualification process.
