About
No matter what task is in front of me, I always try to make the best of any situation. I always come in with a smile, speak to everyone around me, and finish each job proficiently and in a timely manner. I take pride in everything I do and my track record can speak for itself. I will never leave a job until a customer is not only satisfied, but excited to have hired me for the job and would hire me again for future endeavors as well as pass my name a llong to friends that may need the same services. I'm a people person :) I'm down to earth, but straight to the point! 😉
Times are tough for everyone in this day and age and I'm excited to get some side work from you clients and customers so that I cannot only I have another satisfied customer she use as a reference in the future, but I guarantee that those that do you get the privilege of working for, that they will be calling me back for future jobs.❤️ all the money that I make goes to help pay for my education, to keep a roof over my head, and to get my business up and running. Soooo I will only bring 110% do you a job site every single time... and a smile of course☺️
What I love most about being able to serve in several different categories of jobs is the people I meet and the customers that I'm able to make happy. When you know you did a fantastic job for a customer there's no other feeling like it when you see the smile on their faces once they see the excellent work that I've done.
I can do exterior painting as well as interior painting, and I guess that goes along with me being an artist. Although I do abstract paintings and refurbish furniture on my own time and for my business comment my father taught me how to paint a straight line without using any tape, and I mastered that pretty easily. But I also am a firm believer in the more prep work you put into your project, the less time you'll have to spend on correcting mistakes. So you will always see me Delicately putting time and effort into my prep work. Every paint job that I'm hard and you will be done correctly the first time. I guarantee it.
i've always enjoyed cleaning houses as well as office spaces and have over 10 years of experience in doing so and have wonderful references in which I can provide upon request. Going into someone's home is a big responsibility. Even more so when I'm coming in for a cleaning job, which I absolutely love doing. I love taking pictures before and after some able to look back and compare how well I've done, because there's nothing like the look on the customers face when they walk in their home and see how clean the air smells, knowing there's no bacteria on the countertops, all laundry is done the right way and done exactly how the client wants it to be done, The bathrooms are fresh and clean....So if you hire me for a cleaning position I guarantee there will be no stone left unturned... And you will be not only satisfied but over the moon about how well of a job I've done. I learned from the best-my grandmother. So I learned how to clean the old-school way, without cutting any corners, and everything should be able to be eaten off of from top to bottom. Including the floors!! 😉🤣

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process I take with any new customer is an in depth conversation so we both have a chance to get to know one another, ask questions, and my customers are able to get a feel of who I am.
The most important step to take first at the beginning of any process is to have my customer explain in detail how I could be of uptmost help to them and exactly how I can provide them with excellent customer service, and what I can do to make sure I am doing my job the best way possible to fit their needs.
After that, we look at the job in front of us and make sure we are on the same page with a price point and a timeline in which services should be completed. This is when I ask Any questions I may have for them, to make me be able to do my job to the best of my ability, and any other questions I may have just to let me get a sense of who I'm working for. When you know a customer better, or you know their particular style, what they like and don't like, I'm able to carry out tasks the best way possible because I'm adhering to their style and how they like to keep things.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned my business, ChicAgain, which is my furniture refurbishing, abstract art, & home design business, for 2 and a half years now. Outside of my company that I'm working hard to get off the ground, I'm also finishing my Bachelors degree In Public Relations at the University of Memphis.
I have over 12 years experience in customer service and during this time Ive found that helping people hands on is what I love to do most. Today it takes hard work and a loving spirit to get by, so that's what I try to remember and live by everyday.
