What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Visiting the buyer or seller, to begin the process of ensuring that I understand their needs and wishes. Explaining all the complimentary services I offer to assist them in their home buying/selling process and answer any questions they may have. Creating an Action Plan designed specifically for their needs. Then putting that plan into action in a myriad of ways, including home staging, and staying true to my motto of "You'll Get Results!"
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Backround in financial planning and high end retail sales. PA Real Estate license, Certified Relocation Specialist, New Home Construction Designation and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.

How did you get started in this business?
9 years ago I decided to see if being a Realtor was a fit for me and I gave 110% and loved it and haven't stopped since!
What types of customers have you worked with?
While I do specialize in the luxury home market, I am proud to have assisted all types of buyer's and sellers and that's one of my favorite aspects of the business. By "all types" I mean all ages, price ranges, and any demographic you can think of!
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Having helped a wonderful young family sell their current first home to build the home of their dreams. It was very exciting for all involved.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Think of your questions ahead of time and ask the agent everything that you believe may pertain to the process or even that piques your interest. A good agent will welcome questions.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If selling, preparing in regards to maximizing your curb appeal and staging/decluttering so your home shows as well as it can. Also for sellers, preparing for the Home Inspection process and what services they offer that set them apart from other agents. If buying, consider your work or shcool commute time, your lifestyle, and discuss these things with the agent to get their input and what has worked best for other buyer's with simiilar needs in the past. Always inquire about the value of both the property you are selling and/or buying and ask how they came to that conclusion and why they used the comps they used if it's not obvious to you.
