My brokerage will never represent both sides of a real estate transaction.

I limit my listing side commission to $6,000. I do this because I know how to sell a home and exactly how many hours I will have involved in the sale. I am not out to rob home sellers of their home equity and it takes me the approximate same amount of work to sell a $200,000 home or a $465,000 home or an $830,000 home.

I enjoy making sure my clients are educated about the home buying and home selling process and that they go into each transaction eyes wide open.
