About
I stand out by advertising on social media. I use Facebook and Instagram to market your home for sale. I also keep my clients informed through the entire home selling or buying process which is the biggest complaint I hear from clients. I have strong negotiating skills and work hard to get you everything that you want and need.
I love my job! Showing homes is my favorite part of being a Buyer's Agent! It's exciting to see people get excited about their new home and I love that I get to help them obtain the dream of home ownership.
Selling homes is super exciting too! I give my Sellers tips to help their home show at it's best and to help it sell quickly and for the most money possible. Presenting multiple offers to my Seller is definitely my favorite part of being a Listing Agent.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sellers- I run a comprehensive market analysis of the comps before we meet so that I have an accurate price range of what comps in your area sold for. After meeting with you and touring your home, we come together to decide on the list price.
I use social media to market your home. I pay for Facebook ads so that we reach tens of thousands of Michigan Facebook users, in the areas surrounding your property, that may not have known your home was for sale otherwise.
I also pay for Buyer leads and therefore have a lot of buyers that I am always working with and one of them could be your Potential Buyer!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed Michigan Realtor since 2015. I’m a member of the Livingston County Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I charge a 3% commission to sell your home, which is standard in Michigan.
I charge a 4% commission to sell your vacant land, which is standard in Michigan.
I charge a 1.5% commission to handle paperwork for For Sale By Owners who already have a buyer.
How did you get started in this business?
My aunt and uncle own a Real Estate Brokerage and I’ve always been interested in getting my real estate license and working for them, which I now do. I decided to take the leap when my previous employer’s Ophthalmology office was bought and we had to close. I previously worked as a certified ophthalmic technician for 15+ years. I eventually plan on getting my broker’s license to take over for my aunt and uncle when they retire.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I’ve worked with Buyer’s and Seller’s on both residential homes and vacant land in Livingston, Oakland, Washtenaw, Shiawassee, Ingham, Lenawee, Genesee and Wayne Counties since 2015.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I sold a home in Farmington Hills in July 2018 for over $36,000 over list price. In the 4 days it was on the market, I accommodated 110 showings and we received 26 offers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Interview 2 or 3 Realtors and go with the one that knows their stuff but also the one you feel most comfortable with. We’re working together for a few months and will have constant communication so you want it to be someone you like and who’s personality also meshes with yours.
