What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get in contact by phone and after that get a free estimate and send the proposal and after get hire from our new clients get the deposit and start working with them.
We will take look what needs to be done in the house and we will explain to the customer the best solution to get the best performance HVAC system to your home & we will make sure the client save money choosing my company to do work in their houses.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work for hvac company since 2004 to 2009
I was the foreman for all the Hvac jobs for the hvac company.
I learn the trade doing everything in the hvac trade.

How did you get started in this business?
I was working for the Hvac company and i got all the skills
For my trade and after i decided to leave the hvac company i start buying my own vehicles and start studying for the test for the contractor board to pass my contractor license test and after 7 months i pass my test and i start working on my own business.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All the customers residential customers to install furnaces in the houses and central A/C .
