What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to show up on time. Then let the customer know whats going to be the schedule for getting the job done.Explain how were going to do the work and the way were to keep the site clean .Ill explain the different types of materials we can use and any discounts they may qualified for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing hardwood floors since I was 16 years old and In 44 years old now.I went to alot of seminars and training courses and now I teach a class and work the business.
