What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll go and take a look at the work and talk with the owner about their needs/requirements. Then after I've obtained all the requirements of the work I will send them a proposal to be signed prior to starting any work.

How did you get started in this business?
I started the electrical industry in my early 20's as an electrical apprentice then became a master electrician in 2012.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Get three quotes
Go to the L&I website and learn a bit about contracting - the more informed you are the easier creating a contract together will be.
Also, know a bit of what you are asking for and have built in expectations based off that knowledge.
