I thrive on customer satisfaction & pretty much rely on it therefore I always complete my jobs by offering a "Customers Guarantee & Warranty" certification form- which states the job is not complete until both I & the customer physically or digitally sign the form therefore my work must meet or exceed all customer expectations.
I also provide a warranty on all my work (each job is different so the warranty length varies) with the same form described above & will leave the certification form with the customer- that way if there is ever an issue with my work the customer can get in contact with someone at Chopo's Handymandi and we will come back at our earliest convenience within 14 days & fix the problem.
I tend to go above & beyond customer expectations because i take pride in my work & enjoy what i do- being able to help others achieve contentment by turning their visions into a reality.
I enjoy the customers look on their face when they see the final product & are overly pleased with my work. I feel good & confident when customers are satisfied with my work & capabilities & become lifelong clients.
I really enjoy making things bigger, better, nicer & newer! I like to do complete home remodels, renovations, repairs, & redesigns.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer contacts us either via phone, text, or email;
We schedule a time at the earliest convenience for both parties to come out to the potential project site to perform a free estimate;
During the estimate we discuss what the project process would be like, we provide a "rough" estimate, but ask that we get back to the "new customer" within 24 hours with the actual 'Bid';
At home we lookup the actual price & availability for discussed *TEMPPSS (*=Tools, Equipment, Materials, Parts, Products, Supplies, Services) and create our actual Bid to do the new customers project. The Bid will be itemized with a breakdown of everything explained. We will email the Bid to the customer;
If the Bid is agreed on we decide on a start date with the customer, we meet for a contract signing and exchange 1/2 the bid monies for payment upfront. We require 1/2 the job total upfront to cover any & all *TEMPPSS;
The other 1/2 of the job monies total will be due when the work is complete & when both parties are in agreement the job is satisfactory, which is when we will provide our Job Completion certification form which includes our work warranty.
