Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On the Phone I ask for Photos and Information. I then consult with my licensed contractor who bids and I send a Labor only bid. Material bids can be given separate as well. If Customer Agrees. We set up the actual service appointment. I then send a confirmation and pre invoice with the bid and details. We then firm the bid onsite. Once that is complete we start the job that day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Yes we bid 2 to 5% below the lowest bid average, locally to you. We get this info from our competition and multiply Averages for reach city and state.
How did you get started in this business?
My father when I was young to now
What types of customers have you worked with?
Positive and realistic appreciative customers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You get what you pay for is a very true statement. Also, do your homework and go into www.homewyse.com, type in your zip code and enter your project details. Those prices that pop up are what most contractors charge. Real professionals charge fair prices but also realistic prices.
