What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will set up an appointment for either an estimate or a diagnosis. We will give a 2 hour window so customer is not sitting around all day. We will notifiy customer when we are approximately 30 mins out. Estimates are always free

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All technicians are licensed with the TDLR.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

We have per job pricing so our guys have no interest in wasting your time, we get it done. We are also NOT commission like most contractors so our techs have no interest in selling you things you dont need.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Ask to see the technicians license, every licensed electrician should have a card license on them.
