How did you get started in this business?
I have opened so many grooming salons in the past and was tired of working for big chains so I wanted to spend time talking to my customers and getting to know them and their pets, that's why I opened my own place
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds. From ksbj DJ Joey K. to cooperate executives, just to name a few. You name it I have worked with them.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A customer was disappointed with two major chains she took her dogs too. She happen to be looking on google to find a groomer. She called and I was able to fit her two dogs in that same day. She was very happy and said she would come back because I did a great job, was able to fit her in last minute and her dogs did not have to stay here for hours. That made me happy.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Research them first before hiring. Look them up if social media before making a decision
