What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Swan will send a licensed, certified, background checked and drug screened technician to your home. The technician will observe the work needing to be performed and give a price for the work up front before starting to gain your approval. Upon approval the technician will perorm the work the same day in most cases.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The management and technician teams are licensed and state certified craftsmen in their trades.

We do upfront pricing upon seeing what the job tasks are needed onsite and can perform the work the same day in most cases, with the customers approval.
