What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I asked him/her a good time and date for me to come over to measure and see what the project consist of. I also make sure that the price is that I had sent you online and if it is not, I go over why. Make the customer that they can feel free to call me with any questions about the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed contractors course one on one at Tennessee state university. I've also have my asbestos abatement certificate.

On Decks the cost of materials to build the deck is the same as the labor to build the deck.
$55 Hour 3 Hour minimum.
$50 Trip / Truck start project.
How did you get started in this business?
From a cleaning service started in Belle Meade bye my mother in the early 1990s.
From their I started with commercial cleaning,my first was Maryland farms offices in Brentwood.
I eventually started doing maintenance work for the cleaning jobs I had to branching out and doing painting and other handyman type work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly white collar and ALWAYS BLUE COLLAR as myself.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Greenhills mall lighting project. Myself and my helpers installed new LED lighting replacing the older outdated lights that were way more expensive than the new LED lights.
I am fond of all my projects.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Beware of scams.
No need for alot money upfront.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Make sure to meet the person, don't send money.
Beware of contracting a person or company before meeting with to discuss scope of work and money. Because a verbal contact is as good as a written contact (once work has started).
