I think it chose me, I started helping someone else out and enjoyed it so much I pursued it and it became a passion of miine.

Work for private businesses, commercial companies, and alot of home owners that needed service.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am proud of the installation of putting in a second ac unit and doing all the wiring to set the unit up for a local restaurant.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
For most it is the price of the service, the length of the service, What type of warranty will I have? What all is up under the warranty meaning what will it cover if something happens.
