Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They book on the phone or on-line and we try to see them the same day or no latter than the day after they first contact us. We set the appointment and always do our best to make it as convenient as possible. We come out, take a look, assess the situation and tell you your options. We will never pressure you to buy anything. That is guarenteed
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
John Co- Owner and lead technician has been installing and repairing garage doors in the Nashville area both residential and commercial for over 38 years. Chandra, Co-Owner and Manager for the most part runs the office portion but can also get out there and hang a door if she needs to.
Our technician Dicky Jr has 2 years experience and any contractors we might use are required to have a minimum of 2 years experience also.

How did you get started in this business?
John was sorta born into it. His much older brother started his own door company in late 70's so even before John graduated high school he had worked on garage doors. He loves working on doors and that has been his only occupation since high school.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds, we don't discriminate.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
John says he has so much fun with 90 % of his customers it would be hard to name just one event but he resides he loved working for this WW2 veteran. He came back to the office so happy and telling us about all he'd learned. In the garage door business if you do your job right you shouldn't see a customer at the most once a year and I promise you this guys breaks all the time. Pretty sure they just like hanging out.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Number 1 Advise is to check them out thorough. Read reviews from 3rd ask friends if they have heard of this companyThis is most likely the heaviest appliance in your home and it moves, in some homes it's up and down several times a day so you have to be careful to get someone you can trust.
