Respond to a new customer as if this is my 1000000th customer. Very important to build a relationship of trust

I have in the trade for over 35 years I got my Masters License at the age of 22
1st -votech, was working with an electrician at age 14 then code courses and I have been back to school several times to keep up with thee changing codes

Service call is 165.00 and every hour after the first half hour is 75.00
Emergency call is 250.00 and 150.00 per hour after the first half hour
How did you get started in this business?
Started working with a friend's brother in the summer. Fell in love with the experience and just took off. Master license at 22
What types of customers have you worked with?
I like to build relationships with my customers people say it's not personal it's business. BS. it is definitely personal to me. I treat people the way you should and expect the same.

Always give no matter what it is what we are supposed to do. You can't take it with you.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be specific on what you want and if you don't know what you want the professional should be able to give you what you want or at least make you feel important enough get it.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Will that pro be a real professional. Find out if they know what they are doing. People lie and exaggerate on what they can do but not what they can't
