What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new custmer would be to gather all your information, shedule an appointment, call 30-45 minutes before our technician arrives to confirm you are home. After confirming we text you a photo of our techncian with a short bio so you know who is arrving at your home. You will also be able to track your techncian's route to your home. Once they arrive they will put on shubee's (shoe covers) before entering your home. They will asses the issue at hand and then proceed to dicuss options for repairs or replacement and also email you a typed estimate. Once you decide on what estimate best fits your budget we will schedule another appointment or even repair same day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our techncians are certified plumbing and HVAC technicians. We also provide on oportunities for continued education classes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Not for repairs since the range is so great. But we offer free estimiates on replacing HVAC systems, water softeners, water heaters and whole home re-pipes. it's a $49 trip fee for looking to repair something.
How did you get started in this business?
The president Brooks Caron was born and reaised in Las Vegas, hes been in the HVAC business for over 20 years now right here n the vally. After surving October 1, Bookrs teamed up with his wife Heather to begin what you know as Bumble Breeze.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Mostly homeowners livng in the greater Las Vegas area as well as some light commercial work.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We are very fond of the community events we like to participate in. Most recently would be the Out of the Darkness Walk for the Foundation for suicide prevention.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for a company that is licensed, bonded and insured. As well as one that offers quality work at an afforable price.
