What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take time to find out the needs of the customers. Try to make quick appointment. Once at the customer site can analysis the problem and give job quote before starting the job.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our standard service call is $75. In most cases that will cover a easy fix. Should you need a estimate for an installation or major repair, there is no charge for the call. We like to long term customers not just a one and done.
How did you get started in this business?
The Raleigh Durham is one of the fastest growing areas of the country. I saw a high demand in the trade and service business. I love the satifaction of customers when the problem is repaired.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked for all types of customers. From property mangagement, contractors, house flippers but mostly home owners who dont have time to be mr fix it. We even occasionaly for renters call us for a small water leak or a drain clogg that they need fixed right away
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We get a lot of calls for garbage disposals not working. Be able to fix it fast and showing the customer how to fix it themselves in the future. Of course fixing a heating and air conditioner system and making the customer comfortable again, sometimes it just a simple fix.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure you are dealing a reputable company and service person. Do they have a website? Get there name look them up on social media and internet. If you can not find information on them on social media you may want to question that.
