Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was working with a client that had a dog with severe leash reactivity. We did a group class in Lowes and her dog didnt react once. The smile on her owners face will always stick with me. They made a great team.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who does balanced training. Watch their videos to see how the dog behaves. Mainly their body language. Look to see if the dog is relaxed and not stressed.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should consider what it as that they want to achieve.
