What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will go out to site where there is junk or clutter that needs to be hauled away or even a empty house that needs cleaned out for re-sale or to be rented again.I will assess the amount, size & how many loads. I will then give customer my free estimate and explain any details I feel made need clarification. Once agreed upon I will schedule the alloted time needed that matches the customers convenience and get to work.
