Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is made, I will schedule a time that works for the customer to come out and take a look at the job. At this time, I will take any nessesary measurements and go over different ideas/ product options for any project. Depending on the project, I will usually email the customer with an estimate 2-3 days after our intitial consultation. If the project requires a full design and more in depth planning we will have multiple visits to ensure the customer is getting exzactly what they want in an outdoor space.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the landscape industry for 20 years . I started out working for Gertens Greenhouse where I learned all about perennials, shrubs, and trees as well as a vast knowledge of all hardscape materials. There I was in charge of dispatching all delerviers to landscape company. After th I was a landscape foreman for a co for 11 years specializing in mostly hardscape installs (paver patios and retaining walls) . This is my 5th year on my own as a company.
