Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer an initial free meeting with one of our certified desifgners to see your space and discuss possibilities. At this meeting we can provide a budget range of what those possibilities might cost and see if there is a fit for us to work together. If so, our next step is the design phase of 3 meetings to get to a final plan and price, ordering of materials, and installation of the project under the guidance of our Production Manager.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have kitchen and bath designers certified by the NKBA ( National Kitchen and Bath Association) to help put your plans together. We have a Certified Master Kitchen and Bath Designer on staff. Our Production Manager has years of experience and ran his own firm for a number of years. Our firm has been listed in the Top 550 remodelers in the country by Qualified Remodler magazine.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We are a part of the DreamMaker system of companies that are worldwide. We are indivually owned and operated companies but we negotiate direct pricing from our vendors with the buying power of our group purchasing creating more value for our clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types as we have a wide range of options for our clients.
