What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call, text, message, click or email to set up an appointment for a free assessment and quote. Depending on the job, you may get a verbal ball park estimate at the end of the assessment. You will receive an official proposal emailed to you within a few days. You can then review and discuss the proposal and you will have the opportunity to request any changes to fit your budget, tweak the design or make any other additions or subtractions to the proposal to ensure you're getting exactly what you want. Then we set another appointment to sign the proposal and complete the down payment (typically about half of the total due at signing and the rest due upon completion of the project) or set up financing through our third party lender.The exact payment schedule will be outlined in the proposal. Contract signing and payment processing can be done electronically if need be, although I prefer to do it in person. With the signed agreement and payment received, you will be added into the next available spot in our schedule. Start dates are subject to change slightly but will begin upon completion of the contract signed by the customer prior to you. Therefore jobs are scheduled on a "first sign first serve" basis and you will be contacted a week or so before the work is to begin. From then on you are kept informed of the progress every step of the way until the project has been completed and all aspects of the contract have been fulfilled. Leaving all of your neighbors filled with feelings of envy and admiration.
