Get customer info. Ask what service they are looking for. How they would like to pay for service. What the best times they would like me to do the work.

Graduated Vocational School for plumbing.
Went to Refrigeration school in the US Marines

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Usually price per job. As for service calls the initial trip.charge ranges from $75 to $100 which covers travel and first hour of troubleshooting in most cases. Guarantee my pricing is some of the lowest pricing you will find in my trade. If quoted lower I would match the bid.
How did you get started in this business?
Started in High School in 1996 and continued to this day.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All customers welcomed. Commercial and residential.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask if they warantee their work and for how long. Ask.for the trip charge before calling them.to.tour house so you are not shocked by a large bill after completed. Ask for a price before any work is done.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Exactly what they want done. What their budget is. Experience of person doing the work.
