no process just an introduction and problem assessment. Then let's get the problem resolved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was professionally trained in the United States Air force in the the heat and air conditioning. I also have close to thirty years experience in Maintenance and home repairs.

$80 to assess/ locate problem.
This fee would be subtracted upon hire for job.
How did you get started in this business?
Hvac was my m/o in the air force. I then crossed over to Maintenance which really was a smooth transition Twenty five years ago.

A wide variety ranging from easy going to though enough.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Furnace install for a client who had a cracked heat exchanger. At a great price as well. Everyone was happy especially the client.

Ask questions, don't ever assume.
