Explain This House Property Inspections
About
Hi, I am a locally (GCHI), nationally (ASHI), and internationally certified (ICC) home inspector that's passionate about homeowners being experts about their own homes. Each inspection includes a 120-warranty and a thermal imaging scan to detect water leaks. The report comes out within 24 hours or the same day. I offer everything from a crawlspace inspection to radon testing, and even sewer scope inspections. Over the past 5 years, I have inspected over 1000+ homes and I hope your future home is next! Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Feel free to call or contact us through another means. We have you fill out a form that helps us send out an invoice and preinspection agreement. You can pay and sign anytime before you receive the report in an email. We inspect the major systems of the house. These include the Roof, Exterior, Structure, Electrical, Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Insulation, and Interior. Our goal is to identify any existing major problems that would affect a typical buyer's decision to purchase and help the potential homeowner maintain their home in the future. You are encouraged to come and ask questions. The report will be out within 24 hours or the same day. After you read the report call us with any questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified with the International Code Council (8868678), the American Society of Home Inspectors (260783), the Georgia Conference of Home Inspectors, and was mentored by a FLIR level two thermal imaging thermographer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Georgia does not require a license to be a home inspector. Therefore, it is important to verify any certifications the inspector says he/she has.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
It is good to look at a home inspector's sample reports to ensure you know what you are paying for. Take a look at one of mine by pasting the URL below in your web browser.
